I refer to your answer to question on notice No. 157 and the answer to question on No. 158 Minister for Environment and Heritage and ask if the proposed site for the Western Australian Symphony Orchestra includes the land currently leased from CALM by the Perth Dinghy Sailing Club will full and proper compensation be paid by the Government for the substantial brick club house and a suitable replacement river front site be found for the club?

(2) In implementing any proposal for the relocation of the WASO the Government will ensure that all legal obligations to affected parties are met, and that all relevant laws are complied with.
