I refer to the answer given to question without notice 68 of 21 March regarding ice pipes. (1) Given that an order to ban the sale of ice pipes was published in the Government Gazette on 24 March 2006, can the minister confirm whether the Commissioner for Fair Trading is seeking to ban the sale of other drug-use kits in Western Australia? (2) If no to (1), why not? (3) If yes to (1), which kits is the commissioner seeking to ban? Hon KATE DOUST
