is the ultimate holding entity in EP 439; (b) does
the Department for Mines and Petroleum have any knowledge of the intentions of Falcore Pty Ltd or
Charles Morgan in respect of this tenement; (c) are
Seaspin Pty Ltd, the Aphrodite Trust, Nido Petroleum Limited, Colossal Petroleum,
Transerv Energy or Latent Petroleum in anyway related to the EP 439 tenement; (d) if
yes to (c), how are they related to EP 439; (e) has
the department had any dealings with the companies listed in (c) or any other
party in respect of EP 439; (f) if
yes to (e), which companies; and (g) if
yes to (e), what were the nature of those dealings?
