Ms. Quirk inquires about funding allocations from the Road Trauma Trust Fund (RTTF) for 2011-2012, specifically regarding areas of concern identified by the Road Safety Council and any ministerial directions influencing funding proposals. The Minister confirms that some projects were underfunded due to budget constraints, but these will be addressed at the mid-year review, and that no directions were given.
