Services:
I refer to question
without notice 226 asked by me in the Legislative Council on 22 May 2025.
(1) Can
the minister please table a copy of the consultant's preliminary report in
relation to Department of Fire and Emergency Services volunteer's PTSD
protections?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) Can the minister confirm if a final
report has been received?
(4) If yes to (3), can the minister
please table the report?
(5) If no to (4), why not?

I thank
the member for some notice of the question. The following answer has been
provided to me by the Minister for Emergency Services.
(1)–(2) It would be inappropriate to table any
interim report, as its contents are subject to further consideration and
refinement. The report may be subject to and impact future deliberations of
cabinet.
(3) A final report has not been received.
(4)–(5) Not
applicable.
