(3) If yes to (2) please provide details of any arrangements, including date, type, duration and value of each arrangement, and the type of services?
(4) Has the Premier or any of his current or former staff met with HES in the past two years?
(5) If yes to (4), please provide details of the date, attendants and purpose of each meeting?
(6) Has any current or former officer of the Department of Premier and Cabinet met with HES in the past two years?
