of Wednesday, August 9 2000, DEP Public Affairs Manager, Paul McLeod, stated in relation to industry discharge licenses into Cockburn Sound that, ‘ …we’ve set never to be exceeded levels which will make it easier for us to monitor and if they exceed these levels they will be prosecuted’ -
(1) Will the Minister detail which industries have been set never to be exceeded discharge levels?
(2) Will the Minister detail for each of these industries what substance has been listed and what is the never to be exceeded level for each of those substances?
