I note the reference to performance agreements with TAFE colleges on page 24 of the 2024-25 Annual Report for the Department of Training and Workforce Development, and I ask: (a) which agencies are responsible for drafting and negotiating these performance agreements with the TAFE colleges; (b) can these performance agreements be tabled; (c) if no to (b), why not; and (d) how are these performance agreements implemented and monitored?

The Department of Training and Workforce Development negotiates a Delivery and Performance Agreement (DPA) with each TAFE college annually.
DPAs are monitored and formally reviewed twice during the year, and an end of year reconciliation process is conducted in line with final validated training delivery data.
