10. Mr M. McGOWAN to the Premier:
I have a supplementary question. Noting that the 2012
Economic Regulation Authority report found that a re-merger would result in ''higher
electricity prices'', will the Premier guarantee that electricity price
rises will be kept to inflation levels, as he promised prior to the election?
