I refer to the flooding of Western Power's Wellington Street headquarters in December 2024 due to a pipe burst, and I ask: (a) has all of the damage from the flooding been repaired; (b) if no to (a), what damage is yet to be repaired; (c) what was the total cost of the repairs, or what is the total cost to date; (d) have all functions in the building been re-established; and (e) if no to (d), what functions are not re-established?

(a)   No. The impact on the west side of the building has been repaired and is being safely occupied by employees.
(b)   Repair to the east side of the building is yet to be completed.
(c)   Western Power is working with its insurers on the cost of repairs.
(d)   No.
(e)   The west building is operational. The east building remains out of service.
