I refer to the annual report of the Disability Services Commission which, on page 30, states that the progress of the National Disability Insurance Scheme trials in Western Australia requires further memorandums of understanding (MOU) to be developed with government agencies, and I ask: (a) what further MOUs are required with which government agencies; (b) when will the MOUs be developed; (c) when complete, will the Minister table the MOUs; and (d) if no to (c), why not?

(a) The Disability Services Commission is considering informal agreements and amendments to existing Memorandums of Understanding with a range of agencies involved in the delivery of services to people with disability. The primary intent of these is to manage the delivery of the State Government's cash and in-kind contributions to the WA NDIS My Way trial. To date the Disability Services Commission has commenced discussions with the Department for Child Protection and Family Support, Mental Health Commission and the Departments of Corrective Services, Education, Health and Transport.
(b) Discussions with agencies have commenced and will be ongoing.
(c-d) While these are operational arrangements of the Disability Services Commission, I will table any MOUs once complete.
