Minister for Mines and Petroleum:
(1) Is there a limit to how many section 40E permits
are issued over a single graticular block on an exploration licence?
(2) If yes to
(1), what is the maximum number of section 40E permits that will be granted on
a graticular block on an exploration licence?
(3) How many
fines were issued to section 40E permit holders in 2019 for breaches of the
permit system?
