I refer to Western Power's
engagement of McKinsey and Co for its business review.
(1) Was the required service
publicly tendered; and, if so, where did the tender appear?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) On what date was McKinsey
engaged?
(4) Was the engagement approved by
the minister, the board or both?
(5) What is the
total amount that has been paid to McKinsey to date, and for what time span or
number of days does the payment cover?
