I have a supplementary question. Is it a coincidence that the Premier’s six-week deadline expires after Parliament is due to rise when an opportunity to pass the legislation recommended by the Select Committee on Petroleum Products Pricing in WA will be lost? Mr COURT

No. The Parliament can sit at any time we require, provided Parliament is not prorogued. We have no intention of doing that. If the Deputy Leader of the Opposition is saying there is a hidden agenda, I can assure him there is not.
