I refer your interview with Bob Maumill on
6PR
radio
on 27 July 2010, in relation to the Productivity Places Program funding, where you stated, ‘there has been a call for variations in the last few weeks and they’ll be allocated shortly’, and I ask -
(1) As the current tender now closed, stated that there will be no variations in this round of funding, what is the call for variations that you are referring to?
(2) If Registered Training Organisations can now apply for variations, what procedures have you put in place in order for them to do that?

(1)
I was referring to allocations of training places under the Productivity Places Program 2010 tender, which, for existing providers, are treated as variations to their existing contracts.
(2)
There is no other variation process for the 2010 Productivity Places Program.
