the 15 complaints the body refused to deal with: (a) what
reasons were provided by the panel for its decision to not deal with the
complaints; (b) which
local governments were involved in those 15 complaints; (c) please
list the reasons and the relevant local government for the 15 complaints the
panel decided not to consider; and (d) did
any agency or department subsequently deal with the complaints: (i) if

were the outcomes of those dealings for each complaint?

(a)-(c) Under section 5.110(3A) of the Local Government Act 1995 , the Local Government Standards Panel can refuse to deal with a complaint if the panel is satisfied that the complaint is frivolous, trivial, vexatious, misconceived or without substance.
(d)(i)-(ii) Neither the Standards Panel nor the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries are aware of any other agency or department subsequently dealing with the complaints.
