I refer to alleged offences under section 318 of the Western Australian
Criminal Code
and I ask for each of the years 2009, 2010 and 2011:
(a) what were the total number of cases involving public officers as victims of assault which were reviewed by the Prosecuting Division in Perth for the years listed above;
(b) what were the total number of cases involving public officers as victims of assault which were reviewed by the Prosecuting Division, Perth and where the allegation of bodily harm was not proceeded with; and
(c) what were the total number of cases involving public officers as victims of assault which were reviewed by the Prosecuting Division, Perth and where the charges were not proceeded with?
