With respect to the program Younger People in Residential Aged Care (YPRAC) Program, I ask -
(1) How many applicants were eligible for YPRAC in the CAP funding round of 22 June 2009?
(2) Of these applicants, how many were successful?
(3) What was the average funding amount for the successful applicants?
(4) What were the total number of clients funded under the YPRAC program in the 2008-09 financial year, with respect to, -
(a) people relocated from a residential aged care facility to an appropriately supported disability accommodation facility;
(b) people at risk of entering a residential aged care facility who were diverted to more appropriate forms of accommodation; and
(c) people who received enhanced specialist service delivery, when they chose to stay in residential aged care, or when this remained the only suitable accommodation option?

(1) 49 individuals were noted as potentially eligible for the Younger People in Residential Aged Care Program - who were considered at risk of entering Residential Aged Care.
(2) Eleven individuals were recommended for support through the Combined Application Process and existing Commission resources; and a further two individuals were prioritised using the YPRAC program funding.
(3) The average funding amount notionally allocated across this group is $95,963 per person
(4) (a) Six individuals.
(b) Nineteen individuals.
(c) Twenty individuals.
