I refer to the South West Development Commission's (SWDC) objective to "seek to ensure the general standard of government services and access to those services in the region is comparable to that which applies to the metropolitan area", and I ask: (a) are all government services and access to those services in the region comparable to that which applies in the metropolitan area; (b) if no to (a), please list those government services in the region that compare poorly to those available in the metropolitan area; and (c) what action has the SWDC taken to ensure these services and access to these services is comparable to that which applies in the metropolitan area?
