The Taskforce Review of Structures, Services and Resources Supporting Government Schools was a review of an agency rather than across agencies. In making their recommendations the Taskforce was mindful of the cross agency review being carried out by the Machinery of Government Taskforce as well as the need for analysis of costs. As a result, the Taskforce recommended an adaptive rather than prescriptive approach to implementation.
