Yes, my Chief of Staff and other Ministerial staff have met with Mr Barry MacKinnon in his capacity as Chair, Taxi Industry Board.
I respond to this question in light of Mr Barry MacKinnon's lobbyist activities only, and in this context, neither my Chief of Staff or any other Ministerial staff have had any contact with the lobbyist, Mr Barry MacKinnon, since 23 September 2008.
