(1) Nil.
(2) The Department of Health is negotiating with the Department of Housing for the acquisition of approximately 2.5Ha (half) of Lot 60 Milldale Way (also bordered by Mirrabooka Avenue and Reid Highway).
(3) The site is intended to accommodate a community oriented, ambulatory and integrated health facility (Health Centre) providing services such as community/primary health care, health promotion, community mental health services and diagnostic services (e.g. radiology, pathology).
