I refer the Premier to his answer to
question without notice 1036 on 13 September.
(1) By quoting
media reports of 2019, is the Premier suggesting that Dr Tom Hatton is being
untruthful when he says that former Premier Mark McGowan pressured him and the
Environmental Protection Authority to remove emissions targets?
(2) Was there any
correspondence or conversation between the former Premier and miners BHP or
Mineral Resources prior to the phone call with Dr Hatton?
(3) Was there any
correspondence or conversation between the former Premier and miners BHP or
Mineral Resources at any time after the phone call with Dr Hatton?�
