I refer to prosecutions of offences against section 336 of The Criminal Code , and I ask: (a) will the Minister table the following information for the period since section 336 first came into effect (or as close to that date as is reasonably practicable) to now, broken down by year; (b) the number of prosecutions commenced; and (c) of those prosecutions in (b), the number that were successful?
