We have
stated before in this house that when those negotiations are concluded, we are
prepared to make that information known publicly. However, the final
arrangement has not been concluded and so it cannot be determined exactly what
those costs are.

reached a position and has put forward offers that are currently in the process
of being discussed with Serco.
