There

not been notified.
(3) The
commission employs dedicated DAIP officers who maintain routine and regular
contact with public authorities. The DAIP officers have contacted the relevant
officers within the public authorities. Correspondence was sent on 11 September
2013. A further letter was also sent from the commission's director
general to these agencies on 23 January 2014.
(4) All DAIPs are
lodged on the commission's 2014 DAIP database. The commission's
senior access and inclusion officers are in touch with public authorities
through network group meetings held quarterly and e-newsletters sent quarterly
to advise of any changes in legislation. Currently, an information pack
outlining requirements of changes to disability service regulations is with the
commission's director of strategy. Once approved, this will be sent to
all public authorities who currently do not have outcome 7 in their DAIPs; that
is, people with disability have the same opportunities as other people to
obtain and maintain employment with a public authority. Additional information
about legislative changes to regulations will be sent to those public
authorities who already have outcome 7 but require notification of amendments.
