For each of years 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011, I ask:
(a) what were the total number of Traffic Infringement Notices issued;
(b) how much revenue was raised from the payment of Traffic Infringement Notices;
(c) how much revenue was raised in each speeding bracket;
(d) what were the total number of Traffic Infringement Notices issued for each speeding bracket;
(e) how many Final Demand Notices were issued;
(f) how much revenue was raised by way of Enforcement Fees through Final Demand Notices; and
(g) what is the cost that the Enforcement Fees represent and purport to cover?
