I refer to a media statement published on December 18 2025 titled "Funding injection to drive housing supply across Western Australia", detailing a $61.9 million investment by Development WA over the next 4 years to provide additional lots across 6 different sites and I ask : (a) With specific reference to the Alkimos site, how many additional lots will be provided over the next 4 years as part of this investment; (b) Do these lots form part of an already existing residential development project in Alkimos: (i) If yes, what is the name of the project; and (ii) What stage is this residential development at; (c) When will the additional lots be provided; (d) Will the additional lots be provided in stages: (i) if yes, what is the proposed delivery timeline for each stage; (e) What is the total funding allocation from Development WA to provide the residential lots in Alkimos; (f) How many homes will be built on the residential lots provided as part of this project: (i) What is the breakdown of homes to be built as private, affordable and social homes; and (g) Are the residential lots classified as ready to build: (i) if not, when will these lots be ready to build?

(a-i) The Alkimos Beach and Alkimos Vista projects (Alkimos) are both large scale, mature residential estate projects, with a total of 2,355 lots expected at completion of both projects. A total of 2,231 lots have been delivered to date, and both Alkimos Beach and Alkimos Vista have become thriving coastal communities in Perth s northern suburbs. Social housing has been provisioned for within both estates. As is standard industry practice, lots will be released in stages and announcements of these releases will be made in due course. Up to 124 additional private homes will be delivered, depending on built form. Total approximate expenditure to date is $180 million.
