For each department and agency within the Deputy Premier’s portfolios, could the Deputy Premier please provide:
(a) the monetary and non-monetary details of all the bonuses, incentives and additional remuneration structures that exist for the board members and executive managers of the relevant Department or Agency;
(b) whether these bonuses, incentives and additional remuneration structures outlined in (a) have been met in the financial year 2008–2009;
(c) whether these bonuses, incentives and additional remuneration structures outlined in (a) are expected to be met in the financial year 2009–2010;
(d) the monetary and non-monetary details of all the bonuses, incentives and additional remuneration structures that exist for all staff members of the relevant Department or Agency who are not board members or executive managers;
(e) whether these bonuses, incentives and additional remuneration structures outlined in (d) have been met in the financial year 2008–2009;
