The Federation of WA Police and Community Youth Centres (PCYC) received a one-off grant of $80,000 (plus GST) from the Department of Communities to support the delivery of the Roebourne PCYC Safe Space Project for one year. The funding was not for building. The Roebourne PCYC Safe Space Project provides a program for local young people to interact and play in a safe, supervised environment while engaging in life skills workshops, with access to qualified youth workers and support agencies.
