CENTRES — EVALUATION
187. Hon DONNA FARAGHER to the Minister for Education and
Training:
I refer to the alternative learning
setting pilot.
(1) Is it the minister's
intention to increase the number of pilot sites?
(2) If yes to (1), what is the time
frame for any expansion?
(3) Will the minister ensure that
all new sites will be fit for purpose?

I thank the honourable member for
the question.
(1) Yes, it is my intention to
increase the number of sites.
(2) I do not yet have a time frame for any expansion.
The sites have been operating for under a year, so I really want to give
it sometime to figure out what changes we might need to make as we roll it out
further.
(3) It is certainly the intention
that the sites will be fit for purpose.
