(3) Has the Minister prepared any submissions to the Economic and Expenditure Review Committee setting out the Minister’s recommendations by which the efficiency dividend will be met within the Departments or Agencies under the Minister’s portfolios; and
(a) if so, how many?

1) The 3% efficiency dividend does not apply to Regional Development Commission as their in scope expenditure is below the $6.67m threshold.
Landcorp - As a Schedule 1 entity under the
Public Sector Management Act 1994
LandCorp is not required to meet the three percent efficiency dividend, as requested by the Treasurer. However, LandCorp has undertaken its own efficiency review and identified a number of expenditure reductions and these have been communicated to me.
Department of Local Government and Regional Development, Landgate and Department of Planning and Infrastructure - The 3% Efficiency Dividend discussion was included as part of the general discussions on the make up of the 2009/10 Budget. I meet with my agency heads regularly on issues of budget and resourcing.
