I refer to the draft development
assessment panel regulations circulated for public comment as part of the stage
2 planning reforms.
(1) How many submissions were
received?
(2) Of those received, how many
raised concerns regarding the proposed reforms?
(3) When does the minister expect
revised draft regulations to be available for public comment?
