Further to the answer to question without notice 133, about a new forensic mental health facility in Western Australia, provided on 5 April 2006, could the minister indicate - (1) Has the business case been completed? (2) If yes, has it been considered by government? (3) If no to (1), when will the business case be completed? (4) If the case has been completed and considered by government, can the minister clearly indicate that the new facility will not be on or adjacent to a prison site?
