I refer to the EnergySafety division within the Department of Commerce and ask, for the 2009-10, 2010-11 and the 2011-12 reporting periods respectively: (a) how many consumer related complaint investigations were carried out; (b) how many accident investigations were carried out; (c) how many: (i) advices; (ii) warnings; (iii) infringement notices; and (iv) prosecutions were issued or carried out; and (d) in the case of licence holders, disciplinary actions were given/undertaken?
