I refer to Royalties for Regions funding of $71.5 million for the Port Hedland Spoilbank marina, and I ask: (a) has a business case been prepared for the project and if yes, will the Minister table the business case; (b) what is the expected annual operating cost of the marina and who will be responsible for the ongoing cost; (c) has there been any consultation with port users regarding Spoilbank marina; (d) if yes to (c) which port users were consulted; (e) what issues did the port users raise regarding Spoilbank marina; and (f) have those issues now been resolved to the satisfaction of the port users and if not, why not?
