Mitchell Freeway to Whitfords Avenue, and ask: (a) when was the last time the Department of Transport
and/or Main Roads installed a traffic counter on the above road to record
vehicle volumes; and (b) for the past three occasions when a counter was
installed, in what year, and how many vehicle movements did it record each time?

(a)-(b) Hepburn Avenue is a local road under the care and control of the City of Joondalup. The City is responsible for all counts and traffic count data on this section of Hepburn Avenue.
