Yesterday I asked the parliamentary secretary about his functions.  I wonder whether he has taken the 24 hours since then to find out what he does.  He obviously had plenty of time. Several members interjected. The PRESIDENT:  Order!  I call the parliamentary secretary, not Hon Ljiljanna Ravlich. Hon G.T. GIFFARD

The answer is that I do whatever the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure asks, within reason. Several members interjected. The PRESIDENT:  Order, members!
