In relation to the proposed developments at James Price Point, I ask: (a) has the Minister requested the Environmental Protection
Authority (EPA) to reassess the proposal for a gas processing plant and other
industry at James Price Point; (b) if yes to (a), when did the Minister make this request; (c) if yes to (a), will the Minister table the document outlining the request; (d) if no to (a), does the Minister intend requesting the

James Price Point; and (e) if yes to (d), when is this likely to take place?

(d) The Director General of the Department of State Development advised the Chair of the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) on 23 September 2013 that the government wished to progress the Environmental Impact Assessment of the Browse LNG Precinct project.
