(a)-(e) The proposal is to consider amalgamating the Department of Water
with the remaining sections of the Department of Environment and Conservation
following the formation of the Department of Parks and Wildlife. Issues such as
staffing and timelines remain under consideration and will be addressed when
and if the decision is made to implement the changes.
