I refer to the new Department of Parks and Wildlife on Koombana Drive in Bunbury, and I ask: (a) what planning approvals have been granted; (b) when were the planning approvals granted; (c) what conditions have been imposed to ensure the protection of the shipwrecks and artefacts on the site; (d) is the building proceeding on the basis of a public works under the Public Works Act 1902 ; (e) if yes to (d), is it possible to impose conditions for the protection of the shipwrecks and artefacts on the site; (f) if yes to (e), which authority imposes the conditions and at what stage of the planning approvals are the conditions imposed; (g) is the Minister confident that the location of all shipwrecks and artefacts on the site have been identified; and (h) in relation to your answer to question on notice No. 2805 on 10 March 2015, has the City of Bunbury updated its Heritage Inventory to include the entirety of Lots 881, 882 and 883?
