I refer to Family and Domestic Violence (FDV) services funded by the Department of Communities located in regional Western Australia, and I ask:(a) please table how many state funded FDV service providers operate in each Western Australia Country Health Service (WACHS) region;(b) for each region, what services are provided at each location; and(c) how many of these services operate on a full-time basis?

(a) The Department of Communities (Communities) does not utilise the Western Australia Country Health Service (WACHS) regions to record information. Information provided below is based on the regional boundaries used by Communities.
