minister confirm that the Perth seawater reverse osmosis plant, which is
generally known as the Kwinana desalination plant, is not presently operating?
(2) Is regular maintenance the
reason?
(3) Is there a plan
for the plant to remain out of service when maintenance is completed on the
grounds that there is enough water?
