Between 1 January 2018 and 28 February 2019: (a) How many applications for KidSport funding were received and approved/granted; (b) What is the total cost of approved KidSport funding/vouchers; (c) How many community sport clubs or incorporated organisations meet the mandatory criteria and are approved KidSport clubs, and can the Minister provide a list of the clubs or incorporated organisations; (d) How many businesses registered and affiliated with the recognised State Sport Association meet the mandatory criteria and are approved KidSport organisations, and can the Minister provide a list of the businesses/organisations; (e) How many registered schools or parents and citizens (P and C) associations from a registered Western Australian school meet the mandatory criteria and are approved KidSport clubs, and can the Minister provide a list of the schools and P and C associations; (f) Out of the approved KidSport vouchers, how many were not used/validated within 90 days from the date of approval; (g) How many KidSport vouchers were granted to applicants under "financial exception"; (h) Which local governments have a service agreement with the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries and are able to assess and approve KidSport applicants; and (i) In addition to responsibilities of all KidSport approved clubs/organisations listed in the Department's KidSport policy, what accountability measures are available or in place, in the Department's relationship with the clubs/organisations, to ensure that the KidSport voucher applicants are fully participating in the clubs/organisations' activities?

(i) All approved KidSport clubs sign on to the Policy through a disclaimer when they are provided access to the KidSport portal. Clubs claim funding when provided the code by the parent/guardian. Codes are not provided directly to clubs.
The Department also conducts club audits throughout the year.
Analytics utilising Local Government statistics, Health Care Card data, State Sporting Association data and previous KidSport data are also utilised to track club/organisations membership.
