I thank the honourable member for some notice of this question. The Department of Consumer and Employment Protection has examined aspects of each of these developments. The matter of the Le Grande Estate at Esperance was investigated and it was found that there was no evidence of a breach of the Fair Trading Act 1987. Complaints have been lodged with the department about the Axonvale Estate at Donnybrook and those matters are being investigated. The initial investigation into the Marchmont Estate at Gingin has been completed and the outcomes of that investigation are being reviewed to determine what actions are available to the department. Complaints have been lodged about the Southern River Estate at Gosnells, and those matters are being investigated.
