Has the Minister or any of their Ministerial staff been provided any direction, instruction or advice from the Premier or the Premier’s office relating to contact with any individual or company on the Register of Lobbyists and if so: (a) what was the wording or nature of the direction, instruction or advice; (b) who provided the direction, instruction or advice; (c) who received the direction, instruction or advice; (d) how was that the direction, instruction or advice disseminated; and (e) if the direction, instruction or advice was via letter or email, please table the document?

The Premier advised Ministers that they were not to have any contact with Julian Grill.
Beyond that, DPC and by extension the Premier expects that all Ministers and staff adhere to the Ministerial Code of Conduct and the Public Sector Commission Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics regarding lobbyists.
