(4) Has any current or former officer of the Department of State Development met with HES in the past two years?

(6) Was any Woodside employee present at any of the meetings referred to in (5)?
(7) Do any senior officers of the Minister’s Office or the Department of State Development hold shares in HES?

(1-2) Yes.
(3) At the request of the Kimberley Land Council, the Department of State Development engaged security services for an Aboriginal heritage survey conducted
22-25 November 2010. In accordance with State Government and Departmental procurement policies, the Department contracted Hostile Environment Services to provide this service at the heritage meeting and field survey. Traditional Owners together with representatives of the Kimberley Land Council, the Department and Main Roads WA attended this meeting and survey.

(7) According to the Department's records, no officers of the Department of State Development hold shares in Hostile Environment Services.
(8) Not applicable.
(9) The Department's Conflict of Interest Policy states that all employees must complete a Conflict of Interest Declaration upon commencing work at the Agency and provide an update each six months. Information that is to be provided includes:
? significant family or other relationships with clients, contractors or other employees working with companies with which the Department deals, or which impact on the Department's work; and
? shares or equity held by the employee, their self-managed superannuation fund, their partner, dependent children, or other dependents in any company with which the Department deals, including listed or private companies with which the Department deals or which impact on the Department's work.
Records of declarations are maintained by the Conflict of Interest Officer who provides a monthly report to the Strategic Corporate Executive. Where conflict or potential conflict is identified, action is taken to address them immediately.
