DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION
458. Hon NEIL THOMSON to the minister representing the
Minister for Planning:
I refer to an interim referral
response to the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage regarding an
application received by the City of Stirling seeking approval for an
industry-noxious solid waste depot development at 501 Alexander Drive,
Mirrabooka.
(1) Does the
state government note the concerns of the City of Stirling, citing insufficient
information from the applicants and incompatibility of land use?
(2) Does the
state government intend to support this application, noting community feedback
and opposition from the City of Stirling?
