I refer to Freedom of Information (FOI) applications made to the Department of Housing, and I ask:
(a) how many FOI applications were made in 2009–10, 2010–11 and as at 29 February 2012;
(b) of the FOI applications made in 2009–10, 2010–11 and as at 29 February 2012, how many were charged an amount over and above the application fee, and what was this additional charge for?
(c) of the FOI applications made in 2009–10, 2010–11 and as at 29 February 2012, that were charged an amount over and above the application fee, how many were charged:
(i) under $50;
(ii) between $50 and $150;
(iii) between $151 and $250; and
(iv) over $250; and
(d) what was the highest amount charged for a fee over and above the application fee for the years 2009–10, 2010–11 and as at 29 February 2012?
