STATE ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL
I refer to the State Administrative Tribunal. (1) Will the minister provide the list of issues that the tribunal has dealt with in the past year to the current date? (2) Will the minister provide the number of complaints received by SAT in the same time frame? (3) How many of these issues are to do with state planning? (4) How many of these issues are to do with local government planning? (5) How many SAT decisions were overturned on appeal in the same time frame as in (1)?
